About me

I’m an adaptable, systems-minded builder with a wide range of technical, operational, and business experience. I enjoy taking a problem from requirements and workflow design through implementation, documentation, security, and adoption.

My work sits at the intersection of software, infrastructure, security, and business operations. I like tracing a result across the user request, code, database, container, operating system, network, and the practical outcome for the people using the system.

My MBA provides a useful foundation in business requirements, finance, accounting, operations, entrepreneurship, risk, and technology. It helps me connect technical decisions to cost, controls, customer outcomes, and adoption.

At Eastside Big Tom, I designed and supported infrastructure spanning POS and payment systems, wireless, surveillance, virtualization, storage, remote access, and PCI/DSS controls. I also built Bash, Python, and Node.js tools for maintenance, data parsing, workflow automation, and network-controller APIs.

I built and operated a Next.js voter-information PWA using the Google Civic API, an OCI container, a self-managed VPS, and Nginx. I also completed an honors backend, SQL, and DevOps project using Python, Pandas, GeoPandas, and Matplotlib.

My current focus is using and developing AI tools, agent workflows, MCP servers, plugins, automation, and dependable infrastructure. This is current self-directed practice, not a claim of prior production AI employment.

• Designed and maintained infrastructure supporting POS and payment systems, wireless clients, surveillance, virtualization, storage, and remote support.
• Implemented PCI/DSS controls and completed three compliance self-assessment cycles.
• Combined VMware vSphere, Debian qemu-kvm, white-box servers, firewalls, custom cabling, and remote-access protocols to extend the useful life of legacy infrastructure.
• Increased legacy video-retention capacity from approximately 1.5 months to 7.5 months using iSCSI network storage.
• Built Bash, Python, and Node.js tools for system workflows, data parsing, troubleshooting, and network-controller APIs.

• Developed and priced an audio/visual equipment-rental segment, created procedures and training materials, and taught employees how to support client deployments.
• Modeled a potential $45,000 revenue stream while coordinating equipment, billing, staffing, client requirements, and cross-department execution.

• Cloudflare Agentic Inbox — A self-hosted email client with an AI agent built on Cloudflare Workers, Durable Objects, R2, Workers AI, and the Agents SDK.
• DevTools MCP LinkedIn Post — TypeScript, Playwright, Chrome DevTools Protocol, and DevTools-MCP CLI for Markdown-based posts and reviewed profile changes.
